• Cash (in office only, please do not mail cash)
• Check (payable to NeuroMed Plus, Inc.)
• Money Order (payable to NeuroMed Plus, Inc.)
• Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa only)

NeuroMed Plus also offers extended payment plans for those unable to pay their balances in full. Please call our office at 440-842-1744 ext. 414 for further details.

For your convenience, you may pay your bill over the phone. You may call the office to make payments with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard only)

a.  Mastercard or Visa credit card number
b.  Expiration date
c.  Name as it appears on the credit card
d.  3-digit security code on back of card
e.  Billing address (numerical portion only)
